This accessibility statement applies to the website of plantamedium, the agency for agri. Nutrition and Animals – published at https://plantamedium.de
The agency plantamedium endeavours to make its website and applications accessible in accordance with the provisions of the Disability Equality Act (BGG), the Accessible Websites Act (BfWebG) and in conjunction with the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) for the implementation of EU conformity in accordance with EU Directive 2016/2101 and in preparation for the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG).
Creation of this accessibility statement
This statement was first created and last updated on 17/12/2024.
The basis for the preparation of this accessibility statement and the updates is a BITV self-assessment carried out by developers of the company, including a full BITV report for the first time in the period from 17 December 2024 to 31 January 2025
Any BITV violations found will be remedied step by step in the meantime. Further self-assessments are carried out on an annual basis with the aim of continuously improving the accessibility of the website. These will take place on 27/02/2025 and 11/06/2025.
A new BITV self-assessment for EU conformity will be carried out by 28 June 2025 at the latest.
The aim is to eliminate as many of the BITV and EU conformity incompatibilities as possible by then.
Status of compatibility with the requirements of the BITV
This website is partially compatible with the requirements of the BfWebG and EU Directive 2016/2101 in conjunction with the BITV 2.0 due to the following incompatibilities and/or exceptions.
